The Premiere Package
This top package is designed for brides and grooms with intricate weddings, usually involving a high guest count, that requires the very best planner overseeing every aspect from hotel selection until the last guest leaves. Julie would oversee your entire event and personally design the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception with a team of 3 of her top assistants for the duration of the wedding day and all events leading up to the big day.
Destination weddings are also possible at this level with travel expenses being added to the proposed listed package rate. Personal accompaniment will be set on designated days when Julie Murphy and 1 assistant will arrange to be in town to specifically oversee all appointments with you.
This Premiere package consists of the following:
- Initial in-depth consultation pinpointing your vision, & how we may best serve you.
- Detailed budget planned and adhered to, throughout duration.
- Hotel or venue site inspections arranged then contracted on your behalf upon decision
- Design and implementation of all events preceding & including the wedding day
- Personal appointments set & accompaniment to all elite vendors referred by us
- Accompaniment to menu setting/food tasting appointments with hotel or caterers
- Arrange activities and special events for out of town guests
- All transportation for your guests and wedding party organized and contracted
- Rooms blocked for guests and wedding party at local close by accommodations
- Stationary selection assistance / mail outs can be handled by our staff
- Direction and orchestration of your wedding ceremony
- Site map and design of the room set up for reception ballroom by Julie
- In depth discussion and mockups of tables for custom linen and décor selection
- Personal concierge service for gift baskets, favors and invitations handled by us
- Final overseeing of all vendor contracts & commitments, to ensure a no hitch day
- 2 assistants to Julie Murphy plus 2 assistants for the bride/groom wedding day
- Bride and groom will each have their own personal assistant for the entire day
- POA / determined by number of guests.
The Silver Package
Our Wedding co-ordination Packages are tailor-made for our brides and grooms. The packages are guidelines and aimed at assisting you in targeting your personal needs, whilst fitting within your designated budget. We suggest early booking 12 months out if possible to ensure securing the hotel or venue you prefer. The SILVER production full service package is by far our most popular and encompasses everything leading up to as well as, your rehearsal dinner and entire wedding day.
Services prior to wedding day:
- 4 face to face meetings to discuss wedding details throughout the year leading up.
- Assist with locating and contracting the perfect venue location.
- Assist with stationary design and timing on invitations, mailouts etc.
- Negotiate group rates and block rooms at conveniently located hotels.
- Assist with contracting transportation for your guests and wedding party.
- Create a comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and wedding party.
- Provide professional vendors list and personal introductions.
- Provide a detailed budget at all times throughout the year, staying within designated budget.
- Orchestrate wedding rehearsal dinner including location and all vendor arrangements.
- Manage the timing of both rehearsal dinner and wedding day, inclusive of family, wedding party and vendors with total organization on both events.
Services on your wedding day:
- Oversee all vendor commitments and ensure they are to your standards.
- Manage the timing of your events with wedding party, family and guests.
- Supply 3 assistants to accompany the lead manager on the day for 8.5 hrs.
- $5500- $7000 determined by number of guests.
The 3-Month Out Package
This package is perfect for when you have done all the legwork of finding the venue, organizing the transportation and just need a 3-6 month out relief package that includes DAY OF co ordination.

- Vendor referral list for your own follow up.
- Comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and wedding party

- $2000-3500 determined by number of guests
